How does the Qpid Credit system work on Chnlove.com? |

Qpid credit allows you to enjoy all paid services offered by Chnlove, and it's deducted from your account based on the following criteria:
- Provided that there are credits available in your account: one credit is deducted once you send or receive an EMF Mail, whether this mail is opened or not. And two credits are deducted once you make a request of a lady's address, including those US members who are restricted by IMBRA and cannot view address directly.
- When there is no credit left in your account: you cannot send out EMF mails or make an address request, but the ladies can continue to reply your messages, and their reply will be kept in your EMF Received Mails. You may view these mails after you purchase new credits. It is until you purchase new credits and then view the letters will credits be deducted. | |

Is there a monthly payment service? |

Sorry, we do not include any monthly or annual membership packages in Chnlove.com. Instead, we adopt a credit system to charge members fees. That means each purchased credit will be deducted for one "Express-EMF mail" you send. That's also the reason why we achieve a higher success rate from our unique payment model.
If you decide to send an EMF Mail, then you are more likely to treat the mail seriously and make it worth possible, rather than eliciting a passive yes/no response in it. The more you purchase at one time, the more you save for each credit. For instance, it is USD6.25 per unit when you purchase 4 credits, but the price goes down to USD3.8 when you purchase 50. That means you can save up to 40% with bulk purchasing. | |

Where can I get my credit and billing history? |

- Login to your Chnlove account.
- Go to the "My Credits" section which direct you to the Credit section of Qpid Network Member Admin Center..
- Select "History" to view your credit history.
Here you can view the last 30 records of your credit history, including the purchase you made, EMF mails deduction, Address Request and Credit Adjustment.

Are there any refund policies with respect to my purchase of credits? |

Normally, fees paid are non-refundable, unless with the reasons stated in our refund policy or other reasons deemed acceptable to us. The refund policy on this Site constitutes part of the "Terms of Services" of Qpid Network. Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of purchase that govern your purchases. Your placement of an order at Qpid Network constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
