If you have already set up your Chnlove account, you may sign in with the login email/member id and your password (as confirmed during your registration).

1. Your “login email/member id ”
Please be sure to enter your email address (or ID number) in lower cases and in the complete form.

2. Your “login password”
Please note that your password is most case sensitive, so you are supposed to key in exactly as it is.

3. Can you send me my password if I forgot it?
We are pleased to help you with this. You may enter your email address in the form below, and then click Submit, your password will be sent to you immediately. If you haven't received it in 24 hours, please contact us.

4. What can I do if I forgot my member ID & other login details?
You can recover your login details by confirming your private information. Please provide your name and birthday as submitted during registration, including your present email, we will send through your sign-in information after verification.

5. I have registered but can't get back into the site, what should I do?
To gain access to the site you need to enter the right email address or member ID and password that you used to register with us in the Login section. Failure to sign in can be caused by misspelling email address or entering wrong password. Please make sure that your password is case sensitive. Check and see if you turn on the "Caps Lock" or "A" on your keyboard or not, try again and enter the correct one.
If the problem still exists, please check the cookies settings of your Internet browser, and see if your browser accepts cookies from our site. You may refer to the next question for further instructions.

6. I tried everything but still can't sign in. What is the problem?
If you tried every possible way to retrieve back your password and login email but fail to sign in, you may need to adjust certain settings of your Internet browsers or programs.
We suggest you to check and make sure that your browser accepts cookies. If you use Internet Explorer as your browser, you may follow the below instructions to check your cookies settings:
1). Click 'Tool" bar on the top of your browser, choose "Internet Options". Then, select "Privacy", choose "Advanced", on the new message window, select 'Accept cookies", then Click OK.
2). Click "General", in "Temporary Internet Files", Click "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files". When these finish, Click OK. If it still doesn't work, we advise you to check the "Privacy settings" on your browser. These can usually be found under 'Tools' - 'Internet Options' - 'Privacy' in Internet Explorer, and 'Edit' - 'Preferences' - 'Privacy & Security' in Netscape. It is suggested that your settings be no higher than a "Medium" level.

7. I canceled my membership. Can I register again?

To protect gentleman' s privacy, all information and records of you will be removed from our system forever when you canceled your membership.
You can use the same email address to register on our site again. However, all the previous correspondence records, credits information, billing history are deleted and your re-registration will be regarded as a new sign up.
So, we asked that you exercise caution when deciding to cancel your account.
