Application Procedure and Assessment Workflow:


Step 1   Submit your application
    Please click here to submit your online application.
Complete this part based on the authentic information.
Step 2   Initial Assessment
    Our specified staff members will proceed with your application once it is submitted. If necessary, you may be required to further submit other related information.
Step 3   Interview and Undersign of Authorization Document
   

For the potential candidates which comply with the basic requirements after the initial assessment workflow, AsiaMatch may:
(1) assign our staff members to make a visit to the company; or
(2) invite the person-in-charge of the potential candidate to come to our office based in Asia-Pacific region or Hong Kong for an interview.

Applicants will be told following the interview and assessment whether or not they will be granted the Authorized Service Provider status.

To officially become AsiaMatch's authorized service provider, Terms of Service for Authorization will be provided by our solicitor and the person-in-charge of your company must sign at the bottom of the document.
Step 4   Training and Account Set-up
    Once you have opened an account in our system, you may connect to AsiaMatch's computer system via the registered computer in your office.
Please make an appointment with our staff to receive free training. Once appointment is scheduled, translators or management of your company can come to the nearest office of AsiaMatch in Asia-Pacific region.
Step 5   Begins Operation
   

Congratulations, your business operation with AsiaMatch kicked off!
AsiaMatch will assign one specified staff member for taking care of all the daily work and coordination with you.
